Canada Under Siege - Part 1 - The Tar Sands, Free Trade, & Govt.

Source: World United News
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qpfOsf1f26I

Hidden in Conservative Govt Bill C-45 is a law that allows Corporations a free hand to destroy Canadian rivers and lakes which are the source of life, and our drinking water. AND when you add agreements free trade agreements like FIPPA which allows Chinese companies a free hand and not be held accountable, we have a very serious breach of Canadian sovereignty!

Crime Timeline:

2012 – July 23 – CNOOC announces the buyout of NEXEN
2012 – Sept 20 - NEXEN Share Holders Approve Sale to CNOOC
2012 – Oct 07 – FIPPA agreement with China Signed by Harper
2012 – Dec 07 – Harper Government gives full approval of sale of NEXEN to CNOOC
2012 – Dec 14 - Senate Passes Harper Government Bill C-45 that will allow Corp destruction of the environment.

The Canada-China Foreign Investment Promotion and Protection Act (FIPPA), went into effect in October of 2012 and is Canada's biggest foreign trade treaty since NAFTA.

Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper Sold a piece of Canada to the Highest Bidder and changed Canadian Law to ensure that the Chinese State Owned Company could not be challenged by anyone through Bill C-45. This bill Destroys Canadian Sovereignty and the protection over its lakes and rivers.

Under Chinese Law, Corporations are not held accountable for environmental disasters, and now in Canada the same destructive governance will apply.

However let’s not let all the others off the hook. Oil Corporations the World Over are “MASSIVE POLLUTERS” but Canadian environmental laws have held them back from running rabid over Canadian land and waterways…well no more because Bill C-45 destroyed the environmental protection of all our lakes and rivers.

The FIPPA treaty will absolve China of any environmental disasters committed in Canada meaning our own courts cannot prosecute the owners for negligence or environmental crimes.

In essence, Stephen Harper has allowed a foreign government to do what it pleases on our land and we wont have any recourse to stop them. Bill C-45 was the last remaining hurdle to stop China from coming in and poisoning the people of Canada…and that Bill is now law.

What does this all mean?

Foreign governments, Corporations, and Banks control the decision making in Canada and Harper is their enforcer.

The Harper Government knew EXACTLY what they were doing when they destroyed Canadian sovereignty and signed free trade with China (FIPPA), rubber stamped the sale of NEXEN, and passed Bill C-45.

Oil Corporate Executives sit in Government, and Past Government officials sit on various Boards of Directors in the Oil Corporations operating in the Alberta Tar Sands. Not only is this a conflict of interest, it is a Crime to allow these maniacs to continue making decisions.

Certainly the poisoning of our lakes, rivers, and land should be considered as crimes against humanity since the people will meet with a horrific slow death by carcinogenic Tar Sands sludge poisoning.

Isn’t it time we put an end to the Alberta Tar Sands and its ethnic cleansing of the indigenous people? Isn’t it time to stand up and put the brakes on this out of control freight train called greed?

In  “My Opinion”, everyone that voted to pass Bill C-45 or agree to FIPPA have committed treason of the highest degree.

Citizens of Canada, it’s time to wake up! Don’t let Stephen Harper and his government destroy the land, poison the people, and allow corporations to plunder our natural resources. Now is the time to stand up and remove these traitors from office or it will be too late to stop the destruction of our country.

Canadians call for increased state control of natural resources

Source: Press TV
http://www.presstv.ir/detail/2012/10/06/265319/canadiansstatecontrolnaturalresources/

Canada has the third largest oil deposits in the world but no state owned oil company. And with the recent proposed take over of Canadian oil giant Nexen by China’s state oil company CNOOC, Canadians are beginning to question the status quo.

The Canadian oil industry is mostly dominated by foreign companies. But many Canadians wish the government would create a state owned oil company. They believe that by controlling its natural resources, Canada will be able to alleviate its social problems such as student debt and poverty.

The Harper government opposes state-ownership of resources, however activists say this leaves Canadians short changed. In its recently published annual study the Non-Profit Organization "The Community Foundations of Canada" claims that student debt in Canada is averaging between $20,000 and $30,000 dollars; this despite the fact that Canada has a relatively small population and is highly rich in natural resources.

An increasing number of Canadians are looking to countries with more enlightened oil policies like Venezuela and Iran and wondering when Canada will emulate the preponderance of oil producing nations and nationalize its resources.

Canadian Premier Harper skips UN General Assembly to get Jewish award

Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper has come under fire for skipping the 67th session of the UN General Assembly to attend a private ceremony where he received an award from a Jewish-sponsored organization.

Passing up the opportunity to address the General Assembly, Harper chose to receive the New York-based Appeal of Conscience Foundation (ACF) award from former US Secretary of State Henry Kissinger on Thursday.

The Canadian official seized the opportunity to level criticism at the UN and accused its members of using the world body as a “forum to single out Israel for criticism.”

Harper further added that the policies of the Israeli regime are not to blame for “the pathologies present in that part of the world,” while reaffirming Canada’s support for Tel Aviv.

However, the Canadian prime minister’s decision not to speak at the opening of the General Assembly drew harsh criticism in Canada from opposition leaders, who called the move “absolutely ridiculous.”

“I think the message is that Canada, that the Harper government doesn’t care about the United Nations,” said Bob Rae, the interim leader of the Liberal Party of Canada.

This is the second consecutive year that Harper has shunned the UN event, preferring to send Foreign Affairs Minister John Baird in his place.

Many in Canada are concerned about Harper’s conservative policies as he is also accused of locking his government behind a wall of secrecy, defunding democratic institutions and giving away Canada’s sovereignty to the UK and the Israeli regime.

'Black Out, Speak Out:' Canadian internet campaign targets 'undemocratic' bill

Source: Russia Today
http://www.rt.com/news/canada-internet-black-out-418/

A sweeping omnibus bill introduced last month to the Canadian parliament has been harshly condemned as “undemocratic.” Over 13,000 websites across Canada are planning to protest with a June 4 blackout to highlight their cause.

Bill C-38 – otherwise known as the “Jobs, Growth and Long-Term Prosperity Act” – is a 425-page document that has been described by critics as “a statutory juggernaut.”

What was submitted as a budget bill to the Canadian House of Commons will introduce, amend or repeal nearly 70 federal laws.

With the ruling Conservative Party calling the shots, critics have accused the legislation of tightening the screws on organized labor by way of a provision that would require unions to publicly list all recipients of contracts valued at $5,000 or more.

A line buried deep in the document also ominously states, "The Fair Wages and Hours of Labour Act is repealed."

The change would eliminate a 1985 law forcing companies bidding on federal contracts to pay “fair wages and overtime.”

Opposition New Democratic Party MP Pat Martin called the proposal a “solution without a problem.”

“The only conclusion I can come up with is that it's a war on labor and the left. It's what the Americans did with the right-to-work states and the end result is $8 or $9 an hour is now the average wage in places like North Carolina," the Canadian Press cites him as saying.

The bill will also overhaul the country’s immigration rules, its temporary foreign workers program and its employment insurance system. In a further blow to the middle class, provisions in the legislation would effectively raise the country’s retirement age from 65 to 67 in a decade's time.

'Bill C-38 undoes decades of environmental law’

Environmentalists are also up in arms as the bill would repeal the Kyoto Protocol Implementation Act. It would also jettison red tape for major resource development projects, shorten the list of protected species, and overhaul the country’s Fisheries Act so that the federal government would only regulate the country’s major waterways.

The Green Party of Canada warned that if the bill passed in its current form, it would “undo decades of environmental law," and “profoundly degrade the Canadian government’s ability to defend our environment.”

As the battle of the mega-bill is just getting started, some 13,000 websites across Canada will go “black” next Monday to rally the public against it.

Campaign organizers have called potential supporters to join “a committed group of organizations representing millions of Canadians” as they darken their websites “in defense of nature and society.”

While many websites will go offline, campaign organizers have asked volunteers unable shut down entirely to at least feature a splash page explaining why their site appears black.

‘Rise of tyrannical policies’

The bishop of the Anglican Diocese of Quebec, Dennis Drainville, was anything but diplomatic in his condemnation of the bill.

Drainville accused the Harper government of “using every tyrannical tool they can find to ensure that their corporate agenda and ideological policies become the law of the land.”

“In the last 12months I have seen clearly the rise of tyrannical policies and the application of such mind and state control that the people of Canada, unless they soon react, will find themselves not only slaves to a corporate and political domination they never chose but they will experience the extinguishing of any of the hopes and dreams that they once had for a nation firmly based upon the foundations of compassion, justice and peace.”

“For God’s sake, for all of our sakes, wake up Canada,” the letter concluded.

Writing for the National Post, conservative columnist Mat Gurney called the federal government’s decision to insert a slew of unrelated laws and regulations into a so-called budget bill as “sneaky,” “undemocratic” and unnecessary “for a majority government.”

Finance Minister Jim Flaherty has claimed the Tory government is not bypassing public oversight by cramming such broad legislative changes into a budget bill. But critics warn that omnibus bills are designed to keep specific changes from being studied at the relevant parliamentary committees.

Growing opposition to the new bill comes on the heels of another controversial act passed earlier this month, which has many in the Canadian province of Quebec up in arms.

Bill 78, an emergency law that lays down strict government regulations for demonstrations numbering more than 50 people, has been condemned as a draconian law that restricts the right of free assembly. The law followed mass protests in Quebec that have been raging for over 100 days, with 2,500 arrests made so far. Students originally took to the streets to protest a massive 75 per cent tuition fee hike, though students are also taking to the streets to challenge the emergency law.

Student activists in the province of Ontario are also planning a June 5 protest in solidarity with their peers in Quebec. A recently formed Student Solidarity Network in Ontario claims that tuition fees in the province have risen by as much as 71 per cent since 2006.

And a controversial “Internet spying bill” proposed by the current administration has further increased fears the government is trying to chip away at civil liberties.

While Prime Minister Stephen Harper has attempted to rebrand the bill as an anti-child pornography act, civil liberties groups say the expensive domestic spying program would allow the Canadian government to monitor its citizens’ online activities.

Harper says 'Islamicism' biggest threat to Canada

Quote of PM Stephen Harper from CBC article: “Prime Minister Stephen Harper says "The biggest security threat to Canada a decade after 9/11 is Islamic terrorism.”

Reply By: Stewart Brennan to Stephen Harper and his Gang of Fascists

The biggest threat to Canada is a fear-mongering Prime Minister with a majority government that represents special lobby groups who together believe in fear based fascism rather than human rights.

My father served this country in WW2 with The Royal Canadian Highland Black Watch Regiment (1st. Bn. Black Watch (RHR) of Canada), against the same kind of people that have usurped our great nation through their special interest groups with deep pockets.

If the majority of that generation were alive today, we would not be having this discussion, because the real threats to this nation, that are imbedded in hatred and masked in fear of other minorities, would never have been allowed to grow.

SHAME on the Canadian people that support these nation destroying animals and their lobby groups!! You have NO EMPATHY for LIFE!!!

Harpers support for the Ethnic cleansing in Palestine, the Brutal crackdown in Bahrain, the destruction of Libya, Yemen and Afghanistan stems from the same base that would steal our basic rights and freedoms by cloaked legislation by paranoid finger pointers that serve the interests of specific lobby groups.

Palestine will ask for recognition by the UN general assembly on Sept. 20th, can you guess what Stephen Harper will say? Even though the UN created Israel after WW2 in 1948 by dividing Palestine into 2 parts, the Palestinian part currently being ethnically cleansed by Israel, will still not be recognized because of similar lobby groups in the US and Canada that will push for a VETO in the Security Council. Morality dictates that Palestine should never have been divided up, let alone deny the native people of that country the right to exist!

Now we are being primed for legislation that will invade ALL Canadians privacy because of these same deep pocket lobby groups. We all know what happened at the Toronto G20 meeting to the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms and now they are pushing a fear factor to implement dictatorial powers that will demonize anyone that criticizes the government or their lobby groups…I’ll stand on my moral foundation of honesty, equality, respect, community and empathy any day over a fascist his lobby groups and his supporters. Our Country is divided now, how far are you willing to go?

Quebec protests royal 'parasites'

Source: Press TV
http://www.presstv.ir/detail/187311.html

Anti monarchists have greeted Prince William and his wife Catherine with cries of "Down with the monarchy" during the Quebec leg of their Canadian tour.

Protestors who had gathered outside a children's hospital in Montreal as the royal couple visited the building, chanted “we will never bend, Willy go home”, “French Quebec” and “parasite go home”.

This comes as the royal couple is expected to face more protests by the Quebec nationalist group RPQ during their tour of Quebec city on Sunday. The group has called for a rude welcome to the couple.

Quebec is home to several nationalist groups that hate British monarchy as it took over the area, which was a French colony, in 1763, though the region has preserved the dominant French culture and language over the centuries.

Mario Beaulieu, the president of the group that organized the protest, told AFP that the royal visit has to do with “the linguistic purging of Quebec, in which the Canadian government is complicit".

Beaulieu also slammed the British monarchy for its continuing hold on the Canadian province saying the monarchy "is an obsolete institution, anti-democratic and sexist, and Quebec wants none of it".

This comes as a study by Angus Reid polling company found before William and Catherine's visit that three in five people in Quebec where just 10 percent of the population speak English are against the royal visit.

The same survey showed that one in three Canadians want their country to cut ties with the British monarchy.

Canadian general leads NATO in Libya

The deputy commander of the North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) has taken charge of NATO's operations in Libya for enforcing a no-fly zone.

Canadian Lieutenant General Charles Bouchard is also responsible for enforcing an arms embargo on Libya sanctioned by the UN Security Council two weeks ago.

NATO members, on Thursday, agreed to take control of the military operation in Libya.

Moreover, NATO foreign ministers will meet in London on Tuesday to further discuss the role the alliance may play in the operation against the forces of Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi.

Gen. Bouchard was involved in military operations in Iraq, and is currently based at the Allied Joint Force Command in Naples, Italy.

This is while Western-led forces have carried out a seventh day of airstrikes against forces loyal to Gaddafi.

Libyan state TV said on Friday "long-range missiles have hit civilian and military sites in the capital Tripoli and the eastern city of Tajura."

The Pentagon said 12 countries are involved in the Libya war seeking to enforce the no-fly zone -- including two Arab nations, Qatar and the United Arab Emirates.

A senior US official said the UAE had contributed 12 aircraft.

Germany has already announced that it has pulled out of NATO operations in the Mediterranean and Italy said it would review the use of its bases for attacks on Libyan regime forces unless NATO leads the operations.

Russia, China and India as well as several other countries have also opposed the military campaign in Libya.

Canadian government collapses

Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper

Source: Press TV
http://www.presstv.ir/detail/171648.html

Conservative Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper has received a vote of no-confidence over "abuse of power" allegations, leading to the collapse of the government.

The opposition parties managed to gather 156 votes in favor of the motion versus 145 for the government's survival on Friday.

The main opposition, Liberal Party, along with the separatist Bloc Quebecois and leftist New Democrats supported the motion.

Before the vote, the leader of the main official opposition Liberal Party, Michael Ignatieff, said "After five years of Conservative government, it is time to say enough is enough."

Earlier this week, a parliamentary committee hit another blow to the government as it announced that the conservatives had hidden the full costs of a spending program from parliament and people.

"A government that breaks the rules and conceals facts from the Canadian people does not deserve to remain in office," Ignatieff noted.

The Liberals vowed to scrap $6.1 billion in corporate tax cuts and end extravagant multibillion-dollar plans to buy new fighter jets and build prison cells.

Canada's budget deficit hit a record high of C$55.6 billion last year. The Canadian joblessness is 7.8 percent.

The Canadian premier has to go to the governor-general and ask to officially dissolve parliament and hold an election, which is slated for early May.

Canada to push G8 for more Iran sanctions

Source: PressTV
http://www.presstv.ir/detail.aspx?id=118368&sectionid=351020104

Canada's Prime Minister Stephen Harper says his country will use its G8 presidency to press the club of world's richest nations for more Iran sanctions.

“Canada will use its G8 presidency to continue to focus international attention and action on the Iranian regime" and "work with its allies to find strong and viable solutions, including sanctions, to hold Iran to account," AFP quoted Harper as saying in a statement on Wednesday.

“It is time for Iran to end its defiance of the international
community, suspend its enrichment activity and take immediate steps toward transparency and compliance by halting the construction of new enrichment sites, and fully cooperating with the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA)," he said.

Harper's comments come after Tehran declared that it would begin the process to enrich uranium at 20 percent for use in its research reactor after the IAEA failed to help the country buy it.

Iran needs the uranium to produce radioisotopes— which are used to treat patients — at the research reactor.

Under international law, the IAEA is obliged to provide Iran with nuclear fuel required for peaceful purposes.

The West has been exerting pressure on Iran to force the country into delivering the stores of its low-enriched uranium in exchange for 20 percent enriched uranium after a considerable delay.

JDL Dictates Political Policy in Canada and Bans British MP George Galloway

I was brought up to support and defend human rights and moral values that Canadians and my Country of Canada once stood tall and proud for. I still believe in those Peacekeeping values and that is why I felt compelled to speak out here.

For the last four years, the Canadian people have been left wondering what has happened to the leadership in this Country. A great country where Angry fear mongering Lobby groups have become the voice of our puppet government, where hatred, fear mongering, and horrendous accusations have become the voice of Parliament. They don’t even stand up for Canadians in peril abroad anymore.

That is why I believe it is imperative for Canadians to take back this great Country of ours from the angry hate groups and lobby groups like the Zionist JDL (Jewish Defense League) Most of you are aware of the Neo Nazi’s but may not be aware of the JDL. The JDL are at the very heart of what has sickened this great Country of ours.

The JDL are a vicious political Israeli Zionist lobby group that are every bit as evil and determined as the Nazi’s of World War 2. They do not represent the Jewish community of Canada. They represent Israel’s violent political agenda and are in political control of Canada behind the scenes.

The leader of the JDL, Meir Weinstein, has an agenda to control and eliminate Canada’s freedom of speech through censorship and false accusations and labeling of people as terrorists or anti Semitic. His recent political strong-arming of the Canadian Government to ban British MP George Galloway from entering the Country is an open attack on human rights and freedoms. Something I take very seriously as should many of you.

The fact that Weinstein convinced PM Steven Harper that British MP George Galloway should be banned from entering Canada because Weinstein labeled him a terrorist supporter is OUTRAGEOUS! Not only should Harper apologize publicly for this gross insult but also Weinstein and his JDL should be investigated for subversion, insurrection, malice and treason for their aggressive attacks on minority groups in Canada! I ask everyone out there to investigate this group for your selves and if you come to the same conclusion, please join me in removing this group’s ability to create fear mongering, censorship, and racial discrimination! Do not let them continue to dictate Canadian policy!

My father was a member of the Black Watch in the Canadian Armed Forces during WW2. He fought to end tyranny not to have it spring up in our Country by Political Lobby groups like the JDL.

Steven Harper Divides a Country

The fiasco in Ottawa that the Harper Minority Government initiated last week has insulted a majority of Canadians while having the effect of tearing our country apart from a name calling session in which Medicare supporters were called socialists in league with separatists to destroy Canada. What the Hell were you thinking Mr. Harper? This type of fear mongering and labeling has divided our Country at a time when unity is called for.

For those who might not be aware, Canada’s Prime Minister Steven Harper and his Conservative Party were faced with a determined Coalition of political representatives elected by the majority of Canadians. Harper panicked after a vicious name calling session with uncalled for labeling that would have made US Republican Senator Joseph Raymond McCarthy smile in his Grave. The Conservatives grasped at the one thing that they thought could save their government, to “Prorogue” Parliament. The outcome has caused an immediate rift and division in this country, which may not heal for a long time. Was the name calling intended Mr. Steven Harper, or was it your genuine feelings of the Canadian people?

The Lead Up to Division:

Over the past 2 1/2 years, Steven Harper’s minority government has bullied the opposition into accepting Conservative legislation in the House of Commons. Some would say that weak opposition leaders failed to take advantage and were not able to agree on tactics to stop the Conservatives from railroading their agenda into law. That is a debate on its own, however, as a Canadian, I am not happy about the way Liberal leader Stephan Dion handled the Conservative legislation because, I was taught that when faced with confrontation you stand up for your principals while keeping an open mind. You then VOTE on them to show your character and moral stance if that is the situation as was Dion’s. You do NOT stand up, turn your back, stick your fingers in your ears and act as children. The consequences of those actions have now come to fruition.

If the Opposition Parties were afraid of the consequences that an election might have on their future, then an immediate change in leadership should have been the remedy. Looking back, Stephan Dion did not show a quality of character that people could admire and the Conservatives knew it when they called an election for last October 15th.

A word of advice to all politicians, when representing the people who voted for you, at the very least, you must show that you have moral values and backbone by opposing legislation that is pointed against the principals of your constituents and VOTE!

Advice to the Liberals:

The Liberals need to look at the immediate future and their options with the prospects of a dictatorial budget imposed on the Canadian people by a Conservative party that does not believe in Social Programs. On January 26th, not only will this be a confidence vote but a crucial point in Canadian History. If the Liberal Party does NOT replace Dion before this date and bring the Harper Government down on a non-confidence vote, the Conservatives will push their agenda forward against the majority of the people, and the wounds will deepen. The results will be disastrous and Canada will have a renewed Constitutional crisis during an economic tsunami that will most definitely cause hardship and political determination.

It is imperative that the Conservative government is brought down on the division issue, however, without a new Liberal leader, the month of May is a long time away and a non confidence vote in January would surely bring about the possibility of an election before May. In this situation, the Liberals are not ready to face the House with strength because with Dion at the helm, the Canadian people will not vote for a party, which has a leader that did not demonstrate backbone on fundamental principals that should have been demonstrated long ago. Liberals who turn their back, put their hands in their pockets, or simply do not vote on important issues do not get to stay on as Leader of the Opposition. Nor do they gain the respect of the Canadian people. The Stephan Dion Liberals embarrassed Canadians, and that is something the Conservatives know all too well.

On the other hand, if the Liberals choose a new leader before January 26th 2009, they will go into Parliament ready for what ever is thrown at them weather it is an election, or a coalition government. The Liberals may not get the full backing of Quebec voters, but it is even more likely that the Conservatives will lose all their backing in Quebec. A Majority government will then depend on the voters in Ontario; so don’t be surprised if the Conservatives focus their interests there.

Moving Forward?

The Harper Conservatives have decided that this is the time to pick on the Canadian people and create division in our nation, which in my mind is a treasonable offence on the Canadian People! Harper has demonstrated once again that dictators do indeed live in Canada and that his panicky response to “Prorogue” Parliament when faced with a determined opposition has divided the Country. The decision by Canada’s Governor General’s “Michaelle Jean”, to grant Stephen Harper his wish to “Prorogue Parliament” leaves a distasteful burning question as to the function of a position that is redundant and has ties to an overseeing monarchy from another Country.

The aftermath of this should be troubling to the Conservatives because they have just lost all their Federal votes in Quebec in the next election. The barometer in this fiasco will be the outcome of the Quebec Provincial election in mid December 2008. Some people may not remember that Quebec Provincial Premier Jean Charest was a Conservative under Brian Mulrooney in the 80’s and 90’s before he switched his focus to Provincial Politics and changed parties to become a Liberal. The timing of Harpers outburst against social program supporters and French Canadians stinks of dictatorial division wrapped up in an “I told you so” excuse to the Canadian people about Quebec separation.

Jean Charest will most assuredly loose the Provincial Election in Quebec on December 8th in large part to his own shortcomings, but now guaranteed due to Harpers outburst and finger pointing to the Quebec Separatists as nation killers. Harpers accusations have the French majority in Quebec furious with this perceived attack on their identity.

The wrath of Quebec’s francophone speaking majority will unfold with their choice of political parties in the coming Quebec Provincial election to make a point of their displeasure at Harper’s words. The ensuing focus of those political parties will be on the continued eradication of the English speaking community within Quebec.

The Anglophone community has been brutally attacked and nearly destroyed by apartheid type laws, which have set the standards in attitudes of the majority francophone citizens. Harpers comments will most assuredly put the final nails in a community’s coffin by an eager population that needs to focus blame.

The unrest does not just stop there. Out west in Alberta there is also talk about Separation and how the East doesn’t care about their interests. Are those people talking about politicians from the east or the people that live there when they focus their anger? It seems that Steven Harper is intent on creating division in this country and you have to wonder why.

The solution to this quagmire of political BS is for the Canadian people to call for Steven Harper's resignation, and for Mr. Dion, to CALL FOR A LIBERAL LEADERSHIP CONVENTION in early January!

To all political wannabee’s, if you want to see what the real majority of Canadians want or who the Harper Conservatives are? Please click on the link below and view the video taken at the Conservative convention in Winnipeg last November 15th. You have to wonder what they conspired about in their private convention that no one outside their party was allowed to attend.

Steven Harper Must GO!

Photo By: Stewart Brennan The recent events that have transpired in Canadian Politics has left me in an extremely angry mood, ripe with hostility and ready to take an extremely angry stand against the Conservative government and Steven Harper. The insulting attack’s he aimed at the opposition parties these past days reflects his true feelings towards the majority of the Canadian people. When Harper shouted obscenities in the House of Commons about socialists and separatists conspiring to kill Canada, he was really shouting insults at 65% of the Canadian people who did not vote for his Conservative Party. These fear mongering tactics have been seen more recently in the USA and in particular with George Bush’s Cabinet where fear mongering is the Conservative way. I swear I heard Stephen Harper allude to “Your either with us or against us!” Well I’ve had quite enough of this type of CRAP. It seems to me that Steven Harper and the Conservatives are intent on destroying Canada by trying to suspend government at the most crucial of economic times by asking the Governor General to Prorogue the House of Commons. I call on the Governor General to refuse Steven Harper’s request to Prorogue government and ask that Michaelle Jean allow our Canadian system of democracy to run its course. IF that means a vote of Non – Confidence, then so be it! Allow the coalition to govern afterwards so that Canadians will have someone steering the ship during this economic nightmare! Did anybody else notice all the fear mongering out of Harpers mouth? Harper has rekindled a constitutional crisis and set up divisions between Canadians. HOW DARE HE! A continuation of this course will only result in the destruction in the foundation of our Country. Canada voted but did not give you a majority Mr. Harper because they do not trust you, and rightly so. Its time for you to GO! Sincerely, Stewart Brennan Winnipeg, Manitoba

Canadians Defend Your country!

Wake up Canada!! Its time to put your differences aside and stand together against the threat called the United States and their goals to assimilate us. America is the biggest threat to our distinct cultures that make us Canadian.

The recent SPP Protest in Montebello Quebec and the Police infiltration should be the wake up call everyone needs. The whole point of the conference is to remove our currency and our Canadian freedom to adapt to a new currency called the “Amero”. Doing so would place your money in the hands of the USA and their Federal Reserve Private Bankers. American corporate Imperialism called freedom is trying to control and kill our country. Its time to stand up and say, “bugger off” to all American influence.

I feel like I’m in a Star Trek episode and America is like the “BORG” , they say, “Resistance is Futile”…the Conservative Government doesn’t have the balls to stand up for Canadian Interests and instead they bend to American political and corporate wishes. Just as they have always done with examples such as with Free Trade, and the Avro Arrow.

Not only has the Harper Government turned down a public inquiry into the incident at Montebello, they have denied Canadian citizens their right to know. It is as if Harper personally ordered undercover cops to infiltrate a peaceful protest to incite a riot. That is a tactic the Nazi’s used in the 1930’s. Can it be proved, no, but he is the commander in chief and therefore he is responsible. So why has he decided not to hold an inquiry? Why isn’t the press all over this?

Stand Up Canada!

This is a rally cry for all of Canada’s people. Stand up and DEMAND our exit from Afghanistan by the spring of 2008. The Liberals and Conservatives should never have put our soldiers in harms way! We support our soldiers 100% that is why we want you to bring them home!! “Get Up, Stand Up”, stand up for your rights!

If your MP’s cannot pledge to you that they will oppose the things killing our nation such as the War in Afghanistan, Concentration of Action to reduce Global Warming, Removal of International Bankers control on our Currency, and to exit the Security and Prosperity Partnership, then its time to vote for someone who will take action!!!

I will not sit by and watch my country bend to the USA anymore!! Stop buying American products, don’t buy insurance from their companies, don’t eat at their restaurants, stop buying their cars, demand a War crimes trial against the USA for waging aggressive war in Iraq and for committing war crimes such as the phosphor bombing in Fallujah Iraq.

Documentary 2005 "Hidden Massacre”

Fallujah, The Hidden Massacre is a documentary film by Sigfrido Ranucci and Maurizio Torrealta which first aired on Italy's RAI state television network on November 8, 2005. The film documents the use of weapons that the documentary asserts are chemical weapons, particularly the use of incendiary bombs, and alleges indiscriminate use of violence against civilians and children by military forces of the United States of America in the city of Fallujah in Iraq during the Fallujah Offensive of November 2004.

The film's primary themes are:

Establishing a case for war crimes against civilians committed by the United States.
Documenting evidence for the use of chemical devices by the US military.
Documenting other human rights abuses by American forces and their Iraqi counterparts.

Call your Political Representative:

Demand that your country invest in renewable energy and new technology to combat Global Warming! Don’t let us fall behind the world in technical solutions or industry. Don’t let the American insurance companies undermine all our provincial Medicare systems. Stop them from eroding our everyday life pleasures such as children’s sports, or unsupervised swimming in lakes and rivers or making us pay to insure everything under the sun. Demand that the Canadian Government stop siding with American War Criminals from Washington.

Siding with American War Criminals like George Bush and Dick Cheney makes Canada look bad in the international community. We do not want any part of their Fascism!! Restore our honour, we are NOT a warring nation, we are a peaceful nation. Government is supposed to work for you, not the other way around. Stop International bankers from enslaving the Canadian people to debt. Remove the central Banks lawlessness on credit and debt before they take everything from you in an economic crunch! This is the only chance we have. Do it now before your freedoms disappear!
